When you complete the contact form we collect the information you send us: name, company, email address, phone number if you provide one, service needed, approximate budget and a description of your project.
No analytics tool is installed on this site at present. Only the technical data strictly required for the server to operate (access logs) is recorded by the hosting provider.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and send you a proposal.
- To manage the working relationship if a project goes ahead.
- To meet our accounting and legal obligations.
- To improve how the website works, where applicable.
We don't add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent, and we don't sell data to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you write to us, on pre-contractual or contractual necessity, and on our legal obligations for retaining accounting records.

Enquiries that don't proceed: 24 months from last contact.
Contractual and accounting records: the period required by applicable regulation.
Who sees your data
Your data is accessible to the people in our organisation handling your enquiry. It is also hosted and transmitted by our technical suppliers: the website host and the email service used to receive enquiries. A detailed list of these suppliers is available on request.
